MEET JANETTE MARTINEZ

Commissioner Janette Martinez City of Kissimmee
Community Leader and activist Janette Martinez has filed to run for Kissimmee City Commission Seat 4. Mrs. Martinez is making her bid for public office. “I am running for Kissimmee City Commission Seat 4 because like you, I want our average voices to be heard,” stated Martinez, “As citizens, we must be united to make our city the best place for our families to live”.
Janette Martinez is currently a community activist, she completed the Kissimmee School of Government in 2016 to further her understanding of local government functions. As a community leader Martinez has several years of volunteer work for our local charitable organizations.
Janette Martinez is the past President of the P.T.A. (Parent-Teacher Association) at her children's high school where she also served as the Chairwoman of the S.A.C. (School Advisory Council). Janette Martinez has a bachelor's of Science in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University.
Janette Martinez has lived in Osceola County for over 12 years. She and her husband, Jose, are the proud parents of our 4 children: Javier, Jose Jr., Janiris, and Janeva.
